Dementia Care Clarity Assessment
The Dementia Care Clarity assessment is an educational tool intended to help caregivers consider care needs and possible areas of support.
Assessment responses may be processed through Tally and other services used to operate the assessment and deliver results.
The assessment is not a medical record, medical diagnosis, or substitute for individualized professional care.
The First 7 Days Web App
The First 7 Days is an interactive digital web app.
Information entered into the planning app may be stored locally in the browser or device being used rather than in an Elephant Grace customer account.
Locally stored information may not automatically transfer to another device or browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared or private or incognito browsing is used.
The app includes backup, restore, save, and print features to help users preserve information they choose to enter.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe.
Elephant Grace does not directly receive or store your complete credit card number. Stripe processes payment information according to its own privacy and security practices. Stripe
Email Communications
Elephant Grace uses MailerLite to manage email subscribers, customer information related to email communications, and email delivery.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
Transactional emails related to a purchase or requested service may still be sent when necessary to provide that service.
Forms and Assessments
Elephant Grace uses Tally for forms and assessments.
