The First 7 Days
The First 7 Days is a digital product providing immediate access to an interactive web app from Elephant Grace Dementia Care.
Purchase and Access
Payment is a one-time purchase. Access is provided digitally after successful payment. Because progress may be stored in the browser or device being used, customers are encouraged to use the available backup, restore, and print features to preserve their information.
Refunds
Refund requests are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase. To request a refund, contact Elephant Grace using the email address associated with the purchase and include your name and purchase date.
Refund requests received after 7 calendar days are not eligible for a refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Educational Information
Elephant Grace provides educational dementia care information, care-planning guidance, and Christian encouragement. The First 7 Days does not provide medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice and is not a substitute for individualized professional care.
Personal Use
Purchase provides access for the purchaser’s personal use. Content may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, or commercially republished without permission.
Changes
Elephant Grace may update the digital product, resources, features, or these terms as the product evolves.
